Электроды ОЗС-4 применяются в ручной сварке при работе с конструкциями, деталями и изделиями, сделанными из углеродистой стали. Какие отличия имеют ОЗС-4?

Сердечником данных электродов является сварочная проволока марки СВ-08 и СВ-08А. Она может применяться для производства сварочных электродов и соответствует всем необходимым параметрам качества. Покрытие ОЗС-4 сделано из рутилового слоя, положительно влияющего на сварные качества. В том числе из-за этого стержнями можно варить в разных положениях.

Электроды могут работать от любых источников тока. Главное чтобы инвертор мог выдавать 50 Вт на холостом ходу. Это значит, что для работы подойдут даже маломощные аппараты.

Предварительной зачистки поверхностей не требуется. Соединение будет качественным и надежным, даже если вы будете варить прямо по ржавчине, влаге или краске.

Главным отличием от конкурирующих изделий, является быстрое зажигание дуги. Это сильно уменьшает время работы и позволяет значительно увеличить производительность труда.

В наплавленном металле содержится небольшое количество водорода, что позволяет свести риски появления трещин и полостей в нем, к минимуму. ОЗС-4 могут применяться для сварки сталей разной толщины. При повышенных режимах можно вести сварку при любом наклоне стержня.

  • производительность: 1,2 кг/ч;
  • расход: 1,7 кг на 1 кг наплавленного металла;
  • покрытие: рутил;
  • диаметр: 2 — 5 мм.

Как правильно пользоваться электродами и как их хранить?

При сварке ОЗС-4, электрод должен быть направлен по ходу соединения. Изготовитель рекомендует пользоваться средней дугой. Это наиболее эффективно. Перед началом работы, следует прокалить прутки в специальной печи. Это делается при температуре 150°С в течение 30 минут. Это нужно для того, чтобы улучшить рабочие свойства покрытия. Оно не будет осыпаться и обеспечит наилучшие качества шва. После такой подготовки, электроды будут сразу готовы к работе.

Электроды поставляются в плотной упаковке, которая защищена от проникновения влаги. Но если их неправильно хранить они могут потерять свои свойства. Чтобы предотвратить это, нужно соблюдать условия хранения. Подберите для них сухое помещение с минимальным уровнем влажности.
